Management Leadership For Tomorrow


MLT Program stands for Management Leadership for Tomorrow. MLT Program has been developed by John Rice, and its purpose is “the leadership crisis in the US”. MLT is a national non-profit organization with outstanding results over the time.

Management Leadership for Tomorrow helps minorities by supporting them with coaching, mentoring and seminars, and ultimately creating true leaders that master the hard and soft skills like problem-solving, communication and business awareness.

John Rice MLT Program was featured in the show “Black in America 2”. Wednesday night’s episode, “Tomorrow’s Leaders,” looked at the founder of Management Leadership for Tomorrow, a program developed to help black professionals achieve senior leadership positions in corporate America.

From 2001 to present John Rice MLT appeared several times in the press: in 2005 Wall Street Journal Guide to Top Business Schools writes a chapter to MLT Program and in 2006 MLT was featured on the cover of Fortune Magazine.

John Rice has been the founder of MLT and he is the CEO since 2001. He has 18 years of experience with National Basketball Association, The Walt Disney Company and AT&T.
Management Leadership for Tomorrow offers 4 different programs that can help young minority professionals at any career stage.

1. GSF (The Goldman Sachs Scholars Alumni Program) helps prepare people for college.
2. Career Prep (The Career Preparation Program) helps college juniors and seniors getting a grasp on the future career.
3. MBA Prep (The MBA Preparation Program) is destined to young professionals that want get into a top MBA program.
4. CAP (The Career Advancement Program) In collaboration with the Yale University School of Management, CAP program helps mid-level leaders reach the C-level.
